No, adgnite is not a digital agency. Instead, we dynamically create ads based on your data feed. Your existing digital agency will continue managing your campaigns, while we ignite your ads with our services.

Is this a SaaS service and will I have to design the ads myself?

Adgnite is not your typical SaaS platform. Leveraging our extensive experience in the digital advertising industry and our proven track record of crafting successful campaigns, we possess a deep understanding of the strategies that yield the best results. We devise a comprehensive strategic layout, custom-tailored to your business needs, ensuring that your ads are showcased in the most effective and compelling manner possible.

However, you play a crucial role by reviewing and approving our proposals. Alternatively, you can provide us with a detailed brief of your objectives. We have designed adgnite to deliver the best possible ads, ensuring rapid updates every hour and error-free images, setting us apart from other similar services.

What kind of information does my Feed need to have?

Your Data Feed should typically include data similar to what is required for Meta Catalog ads, such as price, sale price, images, categories, sizes and brands. The more comprehensive your data, the more precisely we can tailor our creatives. For example, we can design badges for hot-selling products, showcase seasonal promotions and integrate unique coupon codes different for each product. The possibilities are truly endless.

Before we initiate our services, we will review your feed and propose the best solution based on your specific data, niche and imagery. Do all my images need background removal? Can I use multiple images in one ad?

However, it’s important to note that not all product images, especially in fashion industry, are square and many of them may end up with cropped heads or legs.

That’s where adgnite steps in! We can deliver a multi-image template or arrange your photos in the most effective way possible. Remember, we’re not manipulating images; we’re creating ads that make an impact.

Does adgnite need access to my Meta Business Manager?

No, we do not require any access to your Meta Business Manager, nor will we make any changes directly to your Account. Instead, we take all the data we need from the feed that you share with us, which we recommend to be in a format such as XML or CSV.

This feed should include comprehensive data similar to what is required for Meta Commerce Manager, covering all necessary information about your products. Depending on our review, we may advise adding some extra fields – such as promotions, brands, or other essential elements – to further enhance the performance of your ads.

What are the next steps? How we will start?

The first step is to send us your product feed. We will analyze your products, past campaigns, promotions and brand image to deeply understand your business. Scheduling a kick-off meeting will help speed up this process by aligning our strategies with your goals.

We also recommend sharing any brand guidelines you may have. After analyzing your data, we’ll prepare a non-binding proposal that outlines how your automated ads will look like, highlighting the different templates we’ll use to make them perfect.

What are the deliverables of your services and how will my new ads be updated to Meta?

Upon your approval of our proposal, we start by optimizing all your product images to the best format possible, including enhancing them with our AI-powered background removal process. We then set up our app and implement the templates you’ve approved, making sure every detail is in place for launch.

You will receive a newly updated XML feed. This is our only deliverable and contains all your data with the original photos replaced by our enhanced adgnite ads. The feed is updated hourly to ensure it remains consistently up-to-date. You or your agency will be responsible for integrating this new feed into your Meta Commerce Manager, enabling the updated product ads to be live in your campaigns.

What if I want to make changes to my ads or run a new promotion?

We’ve got you covered! Our commitment is to ensure you have the best catalog ads ever. While our initial setup automates most aspects of your promotions for automatic updates, we recognize that you might want to introduce new types of promotions or change the backgrounds of your ads over time.

No worries! All our plans include one change per month. If you need more frequent updates, we can accommodate them at a reasonable fee, allowing you to adjust your ads as often as you like!
